The particular requirements of rolling and the need to guarantee the pulverisation of
large quantities of clay, more and more polluted with harmfull inclusion of foreign
materials such as lime, have given us the cue for projecting this roller mill. Its structure, entirely of welded and normalised steel which allows a complete non-deformability of the machine, and its solid mass pyramidally reaching make this roller mill the only one on the market capable of satisfying all requirements. The most advance technology has been used in its construction making the machine reliable and easy to maintain: lateral turning and motorized side plates, automatic setting of required gap, overload protection of roll shells, lateral inserction and hydraulic locking of scrapers. The roller mill "LB 1010-1212" is also provided with turning lathes for the accurate and quick reinstatement of the roll shell surfaces. |
