	The LAKER screening wetting mixer type BF is fabricated in various versions. It was projected to meet the increasing requirement of customers. The main consideration was to reduce maintenance time. The thrust bearing group is externally located and all its parts, which are bolted to a single-plate, can be individually dismounted.
Figure n.1 shows the new version of this machine: it can be seen that all gears have been eliminated and that the shafts are tight and controlled by planetary reducers. The output increases with a minimum imput of power.
	Detail of a reducer, pulley with clutch and mixing trough. Everything is bolted onto a single machined base-plate.
Gearbox with linking joints to paddle shafts, easily accessible for maintenance .
	Mixing trough with a protective grid: paddles and screws can be opened in two halves. This allows their replacements without disassembly of the holder for the front grids.
Automatic cleaner for grids: completely without operator.
